Description
Talent 101 is seeking a senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join a Defense & Aerospace Solid-State Power Amplifier product development team. The role leads mechanical design of high-power RF amplifiers, subsystems, chassis, and line-replaceable units from concept through qualification, manufacturing, and volume production, while developing product plans, thermal-management solutions, FEA analyses, engineering drawings, BOMs, and design reviews. The position requires a mechanical engineering degree, at least eight years of relevant mechanical design experience, cross-functional collaboration, limited-supervision independence, and a US Government security clearance; visa sponsorship is not available.
