Description
Philips is hiring a Mechanical Engineer- Packaging for its Supplier Transfer Excellence Team in Pune. The role supports global supplier-transfer and sustaining projects by designing and modifying packaging components and systems, creating 2D and 3D drawings and models, applying GD&T and tolerance analysis, conducting DFM/DFA reviews, preparing BOMs, performing feasibility calculations, and developing test plans. The position requires a mechanical engineering degree, at least six years of design engineering and product development experience, CAD and packaging-standard experience, and knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and regulated industries. The role is office-based with in-person work at least three days per week.
