Infineon is hiring a Mechanical Engineer - Power Module Sustaining to own semiconductor power module families throughout their lifecycle. The role focuses on package-related sustaining activities, engineering changes, root-cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions, reliability and qualification, risk management, documentation, and the introduction of new package technologies. Candidates need a technical engineering degree, several years of semiconductor or product engineering experience, knowledge of package technologies and reliability methods, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and willingness to travel to Germany and manufacturing or supplier sites.
