Lanco is hiring a Power Systems Engineer to lead full product development cycles for material-handling equipment, with a focus on drivetrain systems including transmissions, steering, and engine components. The role manages requirements, BOMs, ERP releases, root-cause analysis, quality initiatives, vendor and customer interactions, and junior-engineer development, while requiring a mechanical or agricultural engineering degree and 7–10 years of progressive engineering experience. The position is primarily office-based, may require offsite work and travel, and offers up to 10% domestic and international travel.
