Arc is hiring a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer at its Los Angeles headquarters to own the design and integration of complex electromechanical systems across the vehicle lifecycle, from concept and requirements through prototyping, validation, sea trials, and production. The role spans mechanical, electrical, thermal, and manufacturing domains and requires experience with CAD, analysis tools, hardware debugging, and marine or commercial-vessel systems. The position offers a base salary of $125,000 to $150,000 annually, equity grants, bonuses, and healthcare benefits.
