Description
MilDef is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design and product development for internal and customer-specific projects. The role includes creating manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation; supporting mechanical–electrical co-design; leading prototype assembly and mechanical validation testing; and ensuring compliance with military durability, ingress protection, quality, PLM, and regulatory requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, product development, or a related technical field, at least three years of similar experience, CAD proficiency, strong cross-functional communication skills, and fluency in Swedish and English.
