Description
The Mechanical Engineer will develop and optimize preventive maintenance for the production and packaging machine fleet, create maintenance plans, manage the maintenance management system, support major shutdowns, analyze recurring breakdowns, improve mechanical components, coordinate maintenance and investment projects, and advise the COO on maintenance strategy and asset reliability. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Electromechanics or Mechanics or equivalent experience, at least three years of production-maintenance or engineering experience, and strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and maintenance management.
