Description
The Mechanical Design Engineer will design ground and/or flight hardware mechanical and structural components and subsystems, develop engineering drawings and CAD models, coordinate design packages across program and engineering disciplines, manage EPDM releases and change control, and support product acceptance and engineering review activities. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of mechanical design or integration experience, proficiency with CREO and PDM tools, knowledge of composite structures and GD&T, and U.S. citizenship for Secret clearance. The position offers a full-time salary range of $104,900 to $194,700 and includes medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
