Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Lead Spacecraft Structures Engineer for the LM2100 Product Line to lead a team of designers and direct spacecraft mechanical programs from inception through completion. The role covers program execution, cost, schedule, technical performance, customer coordination, design development, testing, and employee management, with responsibilities spanning spacecraft mechanical hardware, structural design, CAD, GD&T, composite assemblies, and aerospace standards. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, spacecraft mechanical hardware dispositioning experience, structural design experience, CAD and EPDM experience, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance. The full-time salary range is $118,000 to $219,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
