Description
Lockheed Martin’s FBM Controls Mechanical Controls group is hiring a full-time RSE Delegate for the Post Boost Control System (PBCS) of the Trident II (D5LE2) missile. The role provides technical oversight and lifecycle accountability for the PBCS, serves as the technical point of contact for the Navy, LM leadership, and suppliers, supports reviews and production decisions, investigates problems, integrates new development into fleet operations, and ensures technical integrity across interfacing subsystems. The position requires experience with technical teams, project leadership, customer needs, presentations, and DoD security clearance, with missile, aerospace, propulsion, manufacturing, and risk-management experience preferred. The salary range is $118,000 to $219,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
