RVE is hiring a Mechanical Engineer Team Lead - MEP to lead the MEP engineering division in Durham, North Carolina. The role manages the team, guides engineers on MEP design and project management, develops design strategies, serves as a client contact, manages budgets and contracts, supports business development, and hires and structures staff. The position requires a mechanical engineering degree, a North Carolina Professional Engineer license, and at least 10 years of building and MEP design and construction experience, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing two days per week from home.
