Description
Assystem is hiring a Mechanical Engineer, Valve Engineering, to support the Hinkley Point C Project within the Joint Design Office. The role covers valve specification, design, qualification, procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities; reviews technical documentation and supplier deliverables; assesses design changes and operational requirements; manages technical queries and stakeholder interfaces; and supports valve integration across plant systems. The position requires a degree in mechanical, nuclear, or related engineering, experience across the valve lifecycle, strong technical and stakeholder-management skills, and fluent English.
