Description
The Mechanical Engineering Advisor will advise clients on mechanical installations in commercial buildings across Utrecht and the surrounding area, analyzing existing systems, preparing technical recommendations, and guiding projects from initial design through implementation and handover. The role combines engineering, consulting, client communication, and project oversight, with work on new construction, renovations, and sustainability improvements. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, several years of building services engineering experience, and knowledge of commercial building mechanical installations. The position offers a gross monthly salary of approximately €4,000 to €6,500, flexible working hours, and the option to work partly from home.
