Description
The Mechanical Engineering Advisor will advise clients and multidisciplinary teams on mechanical building services for non-residential construction, data centers, and modern office environments. The role covers HVAC and climate control systems, energy supplies, sustainability, fire safety, preliminary design, project coordination, technical documentation, and client consultation from initial design through implementation. It requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, several years of relevant experience, knowledge of building services and regulations, and strong Dutch and English skills; AutoCAD and Revit experience is advantageous. The position is based in Utrecht, offers approximately €4,500 to €6,500 gross per month, and provides flexibility to work partially from home.
