Manager to lead a team of engineers developing a complex propulsion hot gas attitude control system for the Life Extension 2 (LE2) program. The role covers research, planning, design, development, testing, integration with other Integrated Product Teams, and management of execution, schedule, budget, subcontracts, and personnel. Candidates need experience leading technical teams, working with flight hardware or complex systems, crossing organizational boundaries, and obtaining a DoD Secret Clearance; missile or aerospace propulsion experience and strong communication skills are desired. The position offers a full-time salary range of $118,000 to $219,100 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
