Description
Ruveon is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Co-op to work with engineers and plant personnel in a chemical plant environment. The role focuses on improving chemical processes and mechanical equipment, troubleshooting, process control and material-handling systems, equipment design and start-up, engineering calculations, procurement support, feasibility studies, and operational-excellence and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Applicants must be enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering bachelor’s or master’s program, have completed sophomore year or higher, be available for a six-month Spring 2027 or Fall 2027 assignment, and be able to work 40 hours per week in the plant. The position is based in Luling, Louisiana, with a stated salary range of $24.00 to $43.25 and health, vision, dental, retirement, and leave benefits.
