SharkNinja is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Co-op to work with engineers on concepting, prototyping, testing, and launching next-generation home products. The role involves hands-on prototype development, lab-rig testing, CAD modeling, feasibility analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration across engineering, design, and product management. Candidates must be current or recently graduated students in a related bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD program, work full-time onsite in Needham, Massachusetts, and have mechanical engineering fundamentals, CAD exposure, and hands-on prototype experience. The position pays $27–$40 USD per hour and includes medical insurance, an HSA with company contribution, sick time, holidays, and other benefits.
