Description
Flex is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Co-Op for its Libertyville, Illinois manufacturing site. Reporting to the Senior Process Engineering Manager, the student will assist with time studies, CAD documentation, manufacturing equipment instructions, support equipment research, Design of Experiment projects, reports, and team meetings. The role requires a current BS/MS Mechanical Engineering student, CAD experience, a 3.0 minimum GPA, and availability for 40 hours per week in person during the Spring 2027 co-op assignment. The base pay range is $27.50 to $44.50 per hour, and visa sponsorship is not available.
