Born Ermel Ingenieure is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Graduate as Project Manager for Thermal Process Engineering to independently lead projects involving municipal waste incineration, sewage sludge recovery, biomass combined heat and power plants, and other energy and environmental technology projects. The role covers planning, tendering, construction supervision, coordination of internal and external stakeholders, client and authority communication, and responsibility for schedules, costs, and quality. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least 10 years of professional experience including 5 years in project management, thermal-process experience, knowledge of HOAI and VOB, public-sector client experience, project-management tool proficiency, and very good German language skills. The position offers flexible working models, including optional mobile work on two days per week.
