McKim & Creed is hiring a Mechanical Group Manager for its Buildings, Energy and Infrastructure division in Gainesville, Florida. The role leads mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design and construction projects; develops new clients; manages resources, budgets, and project quality; prepares proposals and technical documentation; and recruits and develops regional team members. The position requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, PE registration or ability to obtain Florida PE registration, and at least 8 years of mechanical design and HVAC system analysis experience. Plumbing, fire protection, and healthcare experience are preferred, while the role offers medical, parental, military, and other leave benefits.
