McKim & Creed is hiring a Mechanical Group Manager for its Buildings, Energy and Infrastructure division in the Orlando office. The role leads technical and design services for mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection projects; develops new clients; manages proposals, resources, project budgets, and team assignments; and may function as a Project Manager. The position requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, PE registration or ability to obtain Florida PE registration through reciprocity, and at least 8 years of mechanical design and HVAC system analysis experience. Plumbing, fire protection, and healthcare experience are preferred, while the role offers ESOP ownership, paid leave, multiple office locations, training, and professional development.
