Description
Intuitive is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 to support medical device development and surgical robotic systems. The intern will perform engineering tasks, design and debug mechanical or electromechanical test fixtures, develop and test component and assembly prototypes, refine design concepts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present project results. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering degree-seeking program and available for approximately 40 hours per week during a 10-12 week period starting in May or June. The role offers hourly compensation, benefits, and a housing allowance.
