Description
Apex is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to contribute to the development of Comet XL and Comet Mini deployable spacecraft structures. The intern will work with the broader engineering team, receive a dedicated mentor, participate in learning sessions, and be assigned a project with real impact. The role requires a BS or MS in progress, graduation in Spring or Fall 2027, CAD (NX) experience, and hands-on experience building hardware, especially electromechanical systems and soft goods. It is fully on-site and offers full-time or part-time options, with the program beginning as soon as possible in Fall 2026.
