Description
Molg is hiring a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineering Lead in Sterling, Virginia to design, develop, validate, and lead the production of articulating end-of-arm tooling for robotic electronics disassembly. The role owns the mechanical design cycle, performs stress, tolerance, and kinematic analysis, oversees prototyping and testing, applies DFM, and leads a small team of mechanical engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, 5–8 years of mechanical design experience, at least 2 years in a technical or team lead capacity, and hands-on experience with articulating mechanisms, CAD, and mechanical testing.
