Description
The Mechanical Engineering Lead provides technical leadership and engineering governance across the mechanical engineering function, leading a team of engineers and serving as the principal authority for complex opto-mechanical and electro-optical systems. The role covers mechanical design, product development, engineering analyses, manufacturing, configuration control, project delivery, stakeholder management, risk management, and continuous improvement, with a minimum of 12 years of mechanical engineering experience and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification.
