Mechanical Engineering Manager at Circuit Check

Circuit Check is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for developing test fixtures for in-circuit and functional testing of printed circuit and electro-mechanical assemblies. The role manages fixture design through CAD, finite-element and strain analysis, quality control, manufacturing planning, ERP release, and design-for-manufacturability; leads seven to ten direct reports; and drives process improvement, talent development, and performance management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, at least 10 years of related test-fixture or electro-mechanical assembly experience, and at least 5 years leading multiple direct reports. The position requires regular attendance, office and manufacturing-area work, and no visa sponsorship.
