Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, eight years of aerospace mechanical design, manufacturing, and testing experience, five years of technical leadership experience, and experience with external manufacturing vendors and structural FEA. The position offers USD 222,000–308,000 plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
