Description
SHINE Technologies is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead the mechanical engineering organization supporting the Chrysalis Project, a nuclear technology facility for medical isotopes. Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering, the manager will lead approximately six mechanical engineers and oversee roughly six engineering contractors, set priorities and staffing plans, ensure technical quality and timely delivery, support licensing and regulatory requirements, coordinate with other engineering disciplines, and contribute to construction, startup, operational readiness, and engineering process improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, at least 10 years of progressive engineering experience, and at least 5 years of engineering leadership experience.
