Description
The Mechanical Engineering Manager leads the design, analysis, testing, fabrication, installation, repair, and improvement of mechanical and electromechanical products and systems. The role includes reviewing customer requirements, developing mechanical and thermal systems, preparing drawings and schematics, performing FEA and CFD analyses, training engineering staff, supporting technical proposals, coordinating fabrication and installation, evaluating field installations, and ensuring compliance with AS9100/ISO standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technology field, eight or more years of related experience or training, and extensive experience with SolidWorks, ANSYS, CFD software, MATLAB, and Microsoft Office.
