IMEG is hiring a current 2026 new graduate for a full-time, in-office Mechanical Engineering role in Rogers, Arkansas. The entry-level engineer will support the design, analysis, documentation, and implementation oversight of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for vertical building, industrial, manufacturing, and MEP projects. The position includes client interaction, project coordination, quality control, safety, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and development of energy-efficient designs. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is required; internship experience and EIT certification are preferred. Travel is up to 5%, sponsorship is unavailable, and medical, dental, and vision coverage begins on day one.
