IMEG is hiring a Summer 2027 Mechanical Engineering New Graduate in Idaho Falls, Idaho. This entry-level, full-time, in-office position supports the design, analysis, documentation, and execution of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for industrial, manufacturing, and MEP building projects. The role includes collaboration with engineers, architects, project managers, and clients; project planning and scheduling; quality control; safety risk mitigation; and sustainable, energy-efficient design. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, knowledge of mechanical systems principles and engineering/BIM software, communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. Prior building-design consulting internship experience and EIT certification are preferred. IMEG does not offer sponsorship for this role.
