The role combines process and machine setup, production involvement, tool and technical documentation, logistics, and practical problem-solving with hands-on work. Applicants need a completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Materials Science, or a similar field, with degree completion not earlier than 2024; practical technical or commercial training is preferred, along with fluent German and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset. The position is permanent and offers direct implementation of improvements in production.
