Description
The Mechanical Engineering Project Leader manages multiple commercial building projects involving climate control, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems from preparation through handover. The role leads installation projects, monitors schedules, quality, budgets, risks, and commercial opportunities, manages technical specialists and work planners, maintains client relationships, and oversees project delivery. It requires an MBO level 4 or HBO qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, relevant project leadership or coordination experience, HVAC and building installation knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position is based in the The Hague and Rijswijk region and offers an indicative gross monthly salary of €4,500 to €6,500, along with a company car, laptop and phone, vacation days, pension, training, and advancement opportunities.
