The position leads mechanical engineering projects with clients and internal teams, manages technical and commercial communication, project progress, budgets, and the assigned engineering team, and oversees design reviews. Candidates must have at least five years of mechanical design and manufacturing experience in the automotive sector, advanced English, knowledge of industrial processes and automation, experience with SolidWorks and Catia V5, and previous team leadership experience. The role requires occasional travel and short-term temporary relocations.
