Van Hoften Installatietechniek is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Project Manager, Residential Construction to lead residential construction projects from preparation through handover. The role manages project teams, clients, suppliers, schedules, staffing, quality, progress, profitability, technical designs, risks, and process improvements. Applicants need an MBO-4 or HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, relevant project-management experience, knowledge of building installations and Dutch regulations, and strong communication and organizational skills.
