BINK is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Site Supervisor in Kaatsheuvel to oversee mechanical engineering installations on regional construction projects in Noord-Brabant. The role coordinates mechanics, lead mechanics, project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients; ensures safe, organized, timely, and quality work; monitors schedules and progress; and resolves bottlenecks. Applicants need a completed level 4 MBO qualification in Mechanical Engineering, MIT, or an equivalent, relevant site or lead-mechanic experience, organizational and communication skills, a valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one, and a Category B driving licence. The salary is €3,300–€5,600, with training and career development opportunities.
