Dura Vermeer Techniek is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Technical Developer for its tender team in Utrecht. The role develops and reviews complex mechanical building services designs for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and sustainable energy systems; advises clients on technical solutions; eliminates technical risks; prepares estimates and bid strategies; and collaborates with multidisciplinary project teams. The position requires a completed mechanical or building services engineering degree at HBO level, at least three years of similar experience, strong engineering and tender knowledge, and good communication skills. It offers a hybrid working model, a salary of €5,205–€7,483 per four weeks, and additional benefits.
