Ingserv is hiring a full-time Mechanical Engineering Technician / Industrial Master for production planning and scheduling in Kassel, Hesse. The role coordinates production, technical planning, quality management, and dispatch teams; approves and creates production orders in SAP and PLM; schedules and controls orders based on capacity, deadlines, and material availability; monitors and optimizes production processes; and prepares throughput and schedule plans. Candidates need vocational training in metal processing, further training as an Industrial Master, Technician, or comparable qualification, several years of metalworking experience, strong SAP and MS Office knowledge, and good organizational and communication skills.
