The role involves performance and reliability testing, engine and component builds and teardowns, data acquisition and analysis, test setup and instrumentation, mechanical fabrication, diagnostics, reporting, maintenance, and coordination with customers, suppliers, engineers, and technicians. Candidates need a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent with Department of Labor certification, or an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field with at least two years of relevant experience.
