Meta is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Technician to build, assemble, test, and document complex robot hardware. The role involves rapid prototyping and fabrication, complex mechanical assembly, mechanical safety and performance testing, lab and material management, instrumentation, and documentation of assembly and repair procedures. The technician will collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, and electrical engineers and work in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity robotics environment.
