Description
The Mechanical Estimator will determine project scope, prepare cost estimates, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, research historical cost data, and analyze awarded and lost bids. The role requires 3–5 years of mechanical estimating experience, knowledge of mechanical systems design and installation, drawing and specification interpretation, analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and estimating-program experience. Compensation starts at $95,000 base plus bonus, with health insurance, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
