Black & McDonald is hiring a Mechanical Estimator in London to analyze cost estimates, prepare mechanical work take-offs, and support plumbing estimating and project changes. The role involves tendering, supplier coordination, site reviews, purchasing, estimating software, and travel to clients and construction sites. Candidates need a degree or diploma in engineering, construction engineering technology, construction management, or mechanical trade school, at least five years of mechanical or plumbing ICI construction estimating experience, construction scheduling and planning experience, and a valid Ontario G-class driver’s license. The expected salary is $80,000–$100,000 per year.
