Description
The Estimator – Industrial supports Project Managers with planning, specifications, design/build, and negotiated projects. The role maintains estimating software, develops mechanical, process piping, and utility systems, prepares project take-offs and reports, prepares estimates with vendor and subcontractor pricing, coordinates with stakeholders, and assists with schedules, change orders, and cost analysis. It requires at least five years of estimating experience, knowledge of MEP systems and estimating software, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to work from a desk with occasional job-site visits.
