AECOM is hiring a Mechanical Field Engineer in Burnaby, British Columbia, to support the design and delivery of building systems for commercial, institutional, and light industrial projects, including water and wastewater treatment plants. The role covers mechanical system design, HVAC and plumbing design, technical coordination, field reviews, RFI and shop-drawing responses, client and contractor liaison, commissioning, and construction-phase site leadership. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, four years of relevant HVAC and plumbing design experience, and British Columbia Professional Engineer status. The position offers hybrid work with occasional travel and does not provide relocation or Canadian employment authorization sponsorship.
