Description
Olsson is seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager to support and coordinate mechanical construction activities for a confidential industrial client in Kansas City, Missouri. This embedded, client-side role works onsite as part of a larger construction management team and may require up to 100% travel for candidates not local to the Kansas City metropolitan area. Responsibilities include overseeing contractor activities, mechanical system installation and maintenance, coordination with other disciplines, schedule development, progress monitoring, safety compliance, documentation, and status reporting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field, at least five years of relevant experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
