Service Stream is hiring an experienced Mechanical Fitter for its Utilities division in Brisbane to support maintenance and operation of water and wastewater treatment and delivery infrastructure. The full-time, permanent role involves routine, preventive, and reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs, installation, commissioning, decommissioning, and small minor works projects, with collaboration across engineers, operational teams, apprentices, and trade partners. Candidates should have a current driver’s licence, a trade certificate in a relevant mechanical discipline, and experience in water or wastewater treatment plants; high-risk work licence and prior wastewater plant experience are desirable. The role is based in Fortitude Valley, Queensland, with relocation assistance available for top talent.
