Description
Torch Technologies is hiring a Mechanical Fluids Design Engineer to support the Advanced Concepts Engineering Technical Development business unit. The role designs and evaluates complex mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and fluid systems for aviation, ground, and weapon platforms; develops schematics, piping, FEA, CFD, thermal, and flow analyses; prepares technical data packages and engineering reports; and supports fabrication, testing, and fielding. The position is on-site in Huntsville, Alabama, Monday through Friday, with up to 15% travel, and requires U.S. citizenship, a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of related experience, fluid systems design experience, and an active SECRET security clearance.
