Description
The Mechanical Foreman will supervise a team of mechanics, technicians, and fitters while participating in the maintenance, assembly, and adjustment of industrial mechanical installations. The role includes assigning work, monitoring project progress and quality, checking mechanical connections and alignments, enforcing safety and quality regulations, organizing toolbox meetings, and responding to schedule changes. Candidates need a technical diploma or equivalent experience, mechanical maintenance or industrial installation experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid category B driver's license.
