Description
Quantum North America is hiring a Mechanical Foreman to supervise and manage operations, including food and accommodations, at assigned locations. The role may prepare meals for crews, maintains client relations, provides safety and job-specific training, coordinates staffing and scheduling, monitors budgets, manages inventories and purchasing, and ensures PPE compliance. The position requires at least five years of superintendent experience in mechanical, HVAC, piping, or plumbing construction, crew-management experience on projects valued at $1M–$20M+, and willingness to travel; it is onsite with no remote or hybrid option and pays $38.75 per hour.
