Hall Mechanical is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and passionate Mechanical Foreman to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves organizing and maintaining scheduled installations of building mechanical systems, supervising workers, diagnosing design issues related to plumbing, gas, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and ensuring all mechanical systems meet local jurisdiction and engineer specifications. The successful candidate will report to the Superintendent for mentorship, identify efficiencies and cost-saving measures, and work safely and timely. The position requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on customer service and a desire to grow within the company.
